Current prices are on trybluemoon.com/pricing and on Settings → Billing inside the app. This page explains what the plans count and how billing behaves.

What a plan counts

Every ceiling is workspace-wide. A tracked question is one question in one market: the same question tracked in two countries is two. The six engines are ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot. On Growth you choose which three run, in Settings → AI platforms; a change applies from the next scan. Claude is not included in any plan. Its answers cost about ten times a scraped engine, so it runs only on your own Anthropic API key, added in Settings → API keys. Once the key is there, Claude joins the engines you can switch on, and its answers are billed to your Anthropic account.

The free trial

Every public paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. The card is collected up front and charged when the trial ends. The trial opens the full plan from day one — the same engines and the same limits — it only decides when the first charge lands. A workspace gets one trial; cancelling and subscribing again does not restart it.

Monthly and yearly

Yearly billing costs ten months: two months free. A subscription is monthly or yearly as a whole; the extra-website add-on follows the same interval. Promotion codes are entered at subscription and validated before they apply.

More websites

Starter, Growth and Business sell an extra website add-on, priced per website per month on the Billing page. An extra website does not raise the number of tracked questions: you split the questions the plan already includes across one more site.

Changing plan

Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing at any time; changes apply immediately. Payment methods and invoices are managed on the same page; card details go from your browser to Stripe and never touch Bluemoon’s servers.

AI credits

AI-powered actions — generation of questions, themes, personas and articles, ads, llms.txt, AI insights, agents, Ask AI — draw on the plan’s monthly credits. The monthly allowance resets on the plan’s cycle. Top-up packs of 500, 2 000 and 8 000 credits are sold on the Billing page; top-up credits never expire and are used after the monthly ones. Every debit and refund is listed under Credit history. The cost of each action is in Actions, tools, agents and Ask AI.

Payment problems

When a renewal fails, a banner appears on the Billing page and Bluemoon retries with the backup card if one is on file. Some card issuers require a confirmation step (3-D Secure) that only the cardholder can complete; the banner says so and links to it. Until the invoice is paid the workspace stays open.

Managed accounts

A workspace created by invitation on a custom plan is managed: its plan, limits and engines are set by Bluemoon’s team and invoiced offline. Its Billing page is read-only and shows the quotas; to change them, contact your Bluemoon representative.
