Your name as it shows to your team and in exports, and your sign-in methods: Google, or email and password. Keep at least one on. Changing the account’s email address goes through support.People and roles
Members are invited by email from Settings → People; the invitation link expires after 7 days. Pick the role when you invite and change it any time from the member’s menu.
The plan caps the number of members.
Domains and markets
Settings → Domains & markets lists each website with the countries and language it is tracked in. A market is one website in one country; its questions are asked, and answers expected, in the market’s language. The country drives the geo-targeting of the AI answers — the same question asked from Switzerland and from the United States gets different sources and different competitors, and Bluemoon measures each on its own.- Add a market — same brand, its own country, its own questions in its own language. Add it, then generate its questions.
- Stop collecting a market — its questions pause and the slot is free immediately; nothing is deleted.
- Brand aliases — every way the AIs might write your brand (“To Bill”, “ToBill”, “tobill”). A mention counts if any of them appears, so your visibility is not undercounted. Negative terms exclude phrases that contain the name but mean something else.
- A website without a country cannot have its questions priced against the ad auction: their commercial intent is then read from the question alone.
AI platforms
Settings → AI platforms shows the engines your plan can run and lets you choose which ones to scan, up to the plan’s allowance. Each engine shows how many answers it produced in the last scan. A change applies from the next scan. Daily scan time (UTC) sets when the day’s sweep starts. Your questions are scanned once a day from that time; answers land within about fifteen minutes.Scan history
Every scan, with the engines that answered, those that failed and why. See Scan history.API keys
Two different things live here. Your own provider keys. You can bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity or Google AI key. Actions that run on a provider you brought a key for are billed by that provider and do not consume AI credits. The Anthropic key is also what enables Claude as an engine — no plan includes it. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again. Personal access tokens. Tokens that connect Claude Desktop, Cursor or any other MCP client to your workspace. A token acts as you, with your role. It is shown once, at creation; revoking it stops every client using it immediately. Setup is in the MCP server guide.Integrations
Google Search Console and Analytics, OpenAI Ads, and Semrush (Beta). Each has its own page: Google, OpenAI Ads, Semrush.Notifications
- Alerts by email — the alerts from the bell, in your inbox, from a minimum severity you choose. Every alert stays in the app whatever you choose here. The rules are listed in Alerts.
- Weekly report — a visibility summary by email every Monday, with the PDF reports attached.
Interface language
English, French and German, from the header. Reports and the weekly email are in English.Danger zone
- Leave the workspace — you lose access; the workspace and its data stay for the other members.
- Delete the workspace — every member loses access immediately; markets, questions, scores, citations, actions and alerts are deleted; connected accounts are disconnected and every access token revoked; the subscription is cancelled straight away. This cannot be undone.
